so I am looking to start on a TLP server, my time zone is GMT. I am not looking to multibox so my question is are there servers with decent low level people running around?
Aradune would be your best option, but low level groups are not incredibly common. I would wait until they launch the next TLP then you can get in on the ground floor.
I think Aradune or Rizlona would work for you. If you think you will be mainly soloing pick a class capable of accomplishing this feat. I just got my BST to 59 w/ 12 AA on Rizlona, I am in a guild and received very little assistance. My recommendation is even if it is just a few characters you see leveling on either server, talk and make friends. When ever you see them on start a group. I was able to meet a few people to level with at almost any hour day or night. Also, join a guild ASAP.
