He is saying you have to be higher faction. You are Amiable and low at that but you need to be Kindly. From the first post he is talking about it says Finally hit Kindly and he will give out the quests You can check your faction window under the EQ button Ally 1100 to 2000 (and up) Warmly 750 to 1099 Kindly 500 to 749 Amiable 100 to 499 Indifferent 0 to 99
