The cleric spell Sincere Coalition (COV 111lvl Cleric Spell) does not allow you to cast over your own previous cast buff of this spell on a character to refresh early if wanting to. Very annoying on a short term spell such as this used often on raids.
How is this new? Is not the same restriction on the previous version of the spell? I believe all priest alliances behave this way.
If you overwrite it you are negating the possibility you'll ever see the big fulmination. Set a GINA trigger for when it fades [The divine alliance ends.]and then recast it.
