Fix Ranger Epic so it can be completed?

    How about finally fixing Ranger Epic so it can be completed? I know this has been reported in game numerous times with no resolve.

    Since this is a new bug report procedure you may want to explain a little more. Are you stuck on a step? On a TLP?

    Its in North Karana where you equip 3 items, hail the tree elemental, and start an event. He replies that he is not ready and will not start the event. It's part of the 1.5 pre-quest.

    the 1.5 is still broken as well. even with the Red Dogwood seed the Marshal and his group will not spawn. submitted a bug report and everything and no one has even looked at it
