Lunacy Unbound on Tunare raids M/T/W 5:30pm to 8pm, pacific time. Tunare also runs After Hour open raids Fri and Sat nights 8pm-whenever pacific.
Phoenix Ascending (EMarr) - Sun to Tue, 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. PST Ne Cede Malice (EMarr) - Not raiding at this point. Used to be Fri, Sat, Mon 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. PST

I can help out for the two open raid teams on Cazic Thule. Cazic Joint Raids (CJR) statement on Discord reads "Going to take an indefinite Hiatus, we'll review interest a few weeks into the new expansion". Freelance is actually one of the oldest open raid crews in all of Everquest. Their leader, Furro, has been raid leading longer consecutively than pretty much any other raid leader in EQ. They raid Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8pm est. http://www.eqfreelance.net/index.html
Depending on content/contention Bristle has casual raids usually hosted by RoV but other guilds also drive at times currently on wed/thur/fri/sat. Friday is often older content for checkmarks but if wed/thurs didn't go well there is clean up of some ToV stuff sometimes. Edit: 5pm/8pm same as RoV's normal raid times
Freelance - unlisted on elitegamers, they've completed T1 & T2 COV, Defenders, Arbiter, and are working on beating Vulak. FL doesn't require you sign up to read the forums/website/etc. You can read their strats on there, times for raids, requirements, etc. FL has recently created a discord for voice communications, but continue give instructions all in text also. Veteran's Crew has stopped raiding current content as a guild but a few of them have been raiding with CJR/FL. Cazic Joint Raiding is currently raiding Wednesdays 8pm-11pm eastern. CJR mostly uses discord to give information for strats/etc. CJR has also beaten T1 & T2 COV, Defenders, Arbiter, and are working on beating Vulak. Order of Reverent Mirth has been raiding TOV (have defeated T1, and Derakor) on Friday nights 9pm eastern till 11-12. This is a casual guild, but they have been allowing guests.
Champions has made a small change to schedule- Wed/Fri still 7p EST start Sun now 7p EST start Mondays 7}30p EST start for throwback raids (Old items like the twincast clickie from RoF / Nathsar diamond from EoK) etc etc.

On TLP Agnarr: <The Remedy> - euro based guild, with US members playing during the daytime PST. Raids 3 days a week: - Tues/Thurs, 11am pacific (7pm GMT) - Time/elementals/LDoNs - Sunday 7pm GMT - "Sunday Funday", VT, SSRA, elementals, Seru, etc.
Are there seriously not PST guilds on live? 8pm or 9pm start time would be great. Unfortunate if not.
This post makes me sad... not seeing so many of the guilds that were household names in EQ for so long. At least there's a few holding on still. (Yeah and a few have had to reform/rename for various reasons, I get that)
