I am on the second step "Pick up the sacred book of Tunare and Brell in the library routunda" When i click on the book the book it disappears. I do not have it in my inventory or on my cursor. I do not get an update on the quest.
I did several times. with no luck on update or looting the book. I dropped task and retried liek 5 times and got the same result
When an ground spawn poofs like that it generally means you have it . . . somewhere. Try /finditem , try /itemoverflow, try looking in housing plots/storage and eviction crates that you have access to (they won't show if you aren't the owner of the plot), and also check parcels.
So i went through every inventory I have and i found a book, it was not called what the quest asked for but was for that quest. It was in my bank from 9 years ago. I deleted it was able to do the quests. Thank you.
