I would agree. It's getting to the point where I don't even want to keep playing if they can't fix this issue.

Their complete disinterest in supporting their game seems the strangest part of it all.

Best thing you can do is bomb their discord with inappropriate crap. sEems to wake them up.

they dont read these forums because it hurts their feelings so they stay in their cubicles

they go home and ignore the paying customers

they have no way to monitor login servers - they see some activity on a world server and assume everything is fine

they have no idea this is even happening or that an insane amount of paying customers are outraged

I have never seen anything like this in a paid for anything actually. Second time I have posted. Will patiently await this ongoing issue to be resolved. Will not post again though. Third time I am out.
