As title says, per Allakhazam's EQ progression wiki it should come with GoD, they reference this patch note: https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq...ate-notes-august-16-2017.243261/#post-3574815 Also no Secala Galnor in PoK to get back in to it. Has something changed or does a check box need to be filled to make this happen? Thanks,
It's unlocked now. It may take a while for Secala to spawn. You will also need to log all the way to your desktop to get it to appear at character creation. (if you are still in game and was logged in since before 10am Pacific time, 7/2/2020) Secalna will not spawn until Dragons of Norrath because of the quests she gives.
