BOT groups ban IPs instead of accounts

    there were 4 BOT groups in Old Seb - now there is only one and no BOT group popped up in the last 4hrs .....

    but it takes time and effort to do. The BOT groups are around in 1876433 different gamas and always look for a quick solution.
