Don't do this. It's the equivalent of burning the bridge with any company that deals with a chargeback.
If they have no intentions of using their services any further and DPG have a history of negligence to the customer base, what other way can you send a message? Clearly forum posts aren't being taken seriously. Asking for a friend.
If you have any characters on other servers or it's a long standing account I wouldn't do that. In games if you chargeback it's basically a given they ban your account. So if it's a new account with no prio history then i guess it's safe to chargeback if you aren't getting your money's worth. But i know some people have established characters on other servers so they would lose these.
