   ok this 4 time week my timer quest has start over but still at 10/10 and tell me need to wait 2nd 11hr claim my quest why ????

   I claimed 5 quests Friday morning at 10:30 am and another 5 that night at 11pm. I'm still at 10/10 and can't claim more till 8:30 pm tonight (Saturday). Something certainly fubar with the timer system.
