Are there any zones I should forage in for alchemy? One website suggested Dreadlands for the Nodding Blue Lily and Lavastorm (although I haven't gotten anything there that I know is useful for alchemy.) Any other places? Also, what I am supposed to be getting in Lavastorm?
Possibly not Lavastorm but adjacent to it are zones that have red cups https://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_item.php?item=17473 This sounds backwards - rather than pick your forage I would pick my recipe and then go forage in that zone. Rather than forage and look for something to use it for. Nodding blue lily = relatively common drop in Old Seb. Slaughter the zone a few times and you will have enough.
Depending on character level, slaughtering in Sirens Grotto or Plane of Water can produce a lot of Deepwater Ink- which has alchemy triv of 302. Killing frogs around the top wings of sebilis will produce a lot of Nodding Blue lilies.
Thanks, I'll head to Plane of Water. I'm foraging Blue Lilies in Dreadlands. I guess I've outleveled the need for red caps now. Now I need to find foraging zones for 300+ level mats.
