My accounts are all gold, but are not All Access. I am unable to claim crafting, collection and ornament rewards as indicated by the patch notes. Crafting and ornament missions don't have any options available except experience and currency. Collection missions have the lower currency option listed for the item dispenser, but no indication that the 25% chance of getting a collection dispenser is possible. I tried one of the latter and didn't get a dispenser or any message/indication that it failed. So, I actually have no way to confirm if they are working or not.
How can you be Gold and not all access? If you mean you are a returning account from years ago that is not paying then you are Silver and get the same restrictions on Overseer as F2P
You are correct. I am Silver. I thought that status was Gold. I do have the increased mission count, oddly enough. Sorry for the trouble.
Weird, Im All Access via Krono and I chose a collection and a TS ingredient reward, but didn't receive the items.
