The Possessed Dreadstone Guardian's Blade and Dreadstone Guardian's Blade Worn Effect: Forceful Shout does not seem to be working as intended. The worn effect states your taunts are occasionally augmented, causing 1500 damage to your target. This also triggers a rune effect on yourself. After several hundreds of taunts, playing consistently for 4-5 hours on numerous ocassions, this only triggered one time during some of those sessions, and sometimes not at all. This was the case for the group version of the weapon as well as the upgraded raid version. All of the other warriors I have talked to with the weapon are experiencing the same as I have stated.
It looks like the chance multiplier for this proc to fire is much lower than other similar effects. Creating a ticket. Thanks!
