Not sure if it's bad luck but I only saw one guildie link a rare in guild chat (ring) in the entirety of the release. I'm part of a large guild and in the first week of RoS I saw closer to 10 rares linked in guild chat. In TBL we spent half the year convincing Ngreth something was dodgy with the drop rate and by the time he fixed it we were pretty much done with the expansion. I hope this year isn't the same...
They do, as they are copies of TBL raid gear they get up to 5 (on the appropriate slots). Lucy/Alla/Magelo still don't have luck as a field to display afaik though.
We had a Belt with 5 Luck drop the other night. So they do include luck on the appropriate pieces. We've had 2 drop so far after completing all the quests/missions and running several of the quests a 2nd time for alts. So the drop rate seems alright, I honestly expected to see 0 by now.
