Do type 3 augs exist in TOV?

    I don't see them in EW or CC. On the one hand, I would be happy to not have to keep rebuying those augs each time I get a new piece of gear, plus the evolving gear doesn't have type 3 slots. On the other hand, the new spells, don't factor in the bonuses either. I did run into a situation where my 108 dot (Strangulate) had more damage per tic than my 113 dot (Pulmonary Grip). I am comparing rank 3 to rank 1, but still.

    Why did you buy it before Jan then? I mean, that's a pretty strait forward way to postpone paying for it until then...
