video card not compatable?

    im getting this message
    Your graphics card is not capable enough for this game (IDS_VIDEO: VendorID=0x10DE, DeviceID=0x1381) and yet, ive been playing for years, last log in was 8 days ago. anyone can help?

    There are quite a few posts about this error over the years. Best best is to go thru them by using a google search so you get them all -

    But I bet its that windows 10 update that ruined your dx9c.

    The grammar in that error message seems alot like those scam emails you get from the "IRS".
