Can we get a Daybreak Translation of the patch notes?

What does this mean exactly on Mangler?

There are no longer Progression Server specific spawns in open world zones for Classic, Kunark, Velious, or Luclin bosses. These bosses now spawn at an accelerated rate on all servers, roughly twice the rate that they previously spawned on Live servers. Fabled versions of these NPCs should now work correctly on Progression Servers

Nothing. Exactly what your server is

TLP servers have this accelerated raid boss spawn rate. This is for live servers now they will have the faster spawn rate.

As I understand it then it means absolutely nothing for Mangler. TLPs have already been enjoying reduced respawn timers of OW bosses - and now all other servers are going to get the same reduced respawn timers.

Up until now, named mobs have spawned faster on TLP servers than they do on Live servers. This change effectively makes it so that the named mobs spawn just as fast on Live servers as they have been spawning on TLP servers.

At least, that's what I gathered from what a DEV said on this matter in the Test Update forum.

In essence, you will see no change on Mangler.

I believe this is code simplification to help fix known bugs with missing Fabled spawns. The spawn rates in these zones on live servers don't really matter, since only cheeve hunters ever go there.

So they no longer spawn, but they are not spawning at an accelerated rate....there are some implied nouns and maybe an adjective or two I seem to have missed.

the english used here is fine, "no longer Progression Server specific" keyword: SPECIFIC. "These bosses now spawn at an accelerated rate on all servers"

They already said on TLP some mobs will be a little faster some little slower. The change was to speed up live servers.

Progression Servers used to have accelerated spawning rate, which was put in for the Fippy and Vulak servers to attempt to alleviate some of the issues with raids. As the patch notes say, this was twice as fast as the normal spawn time.

As of this patch, all servers, progression or otherwise, have the same accelerated spawning rate for NPCs in those four eras, which also fixes an issue where they could not spawn fabled on Progression servers, and now can. This allows fabled to spawn on progression servers, and on live servers, they will now see those NPCs respawn twice as fast.

    Slight incorrect translation...

    correct translation:

Progression servers had a faster spawn rate for specific mobs in Classic - Luclin.

These spawn rate are now faster on all server ( Progression already had this rate) - Live will see a 2x increase in the spawns.

This does fix the Fabled Issue that Progression servers had (due to the code change for those servers to increase their spawn rate)

    Translation:
If you play on Progression - Many Fabled bosses will work that did not previously.
If you play on non-Progression - Many bosses will spawn more quickly than they did previously.
If you are a developer - The data for many bosses is more maintainable.
