I have a level 60 druid on Selo with 200 forage. I took the forage AA (Luclin era AA), and in the skill window it does say 200/250. Since then I've done hundreds of forages and my skill is still 200/250. Is the forage skill capped at 200 until a certain expansion, or have I just been super unlucky with skill gains?
I can confirm you can go past 200 skill in foraging on Selos, it just takes a long time, but once you get to 201 the rate is increased. It is as though foraging skill of 200 is a hell level.
