underfoot loot changes

I seen them in the test server patch notes, but not the one for live.
did anyone see anything about them being removed, held back for further tweaking, or such? or perhaps it was just missed in the patch notes?

I seriously hope it's just a mistake and it should be live with this patch.

Hopefully it just got missed in the notes, also we have one more full patch before UF launches so it could be just delayed.

Killed Fippy on a live server (Xegony) and he dropped the same increased loot that I saw when I tried it on Test. Looks like the patch note just got lost in the mix somehow.
