I did post this issue before but trying to see if anyone else is having the problem... First no matter what I did since Burning Lands went live I am not able to turn off loading screens between zones and such... This has actually increased my load times because in the amount of time it loads the screen I would have already loaded. My login is bizarre. I press enter game it loads the bar and then it simply sits there. Long enough for my lights on my keyboard to turn off. Then it loads into game. This happens from character select only. All my other loading is super fast and almost unnoticeable (excluding now the immersion breaking and unwanted bugged load screen art)
I have this exact issue as well. I can load quickly to char select, but from there to entering the game takes a VERY long time. I killed the eq process and started over like 20 times before I realized it was just taking forever (walked away and it eventually logged in).
