Bug with abilities freezing

    My abilities freeze and cant be used This seems to happen when I zone, evac, or die. I have submitted a bug report about 2 weeks ago with no luck.
    Abilities that lock are-
    Dichotomic rage
    Bolstered frenzy
    Torrid frenzy
    Mangling frenzy
    Intimidation
    Shared ruthlessness
    Smoldering rage

    This seems to be pretty consistent and takes about 1.5 hours to reset
    I have tried deleting my hotbutton set, and manually reloading, Default UI, and still nothing not sure what else to try at this point.

    Changed out keyboard, then tried on another PC everything worked fine. Doing a complete reinstall of EQ

    Make sure your PC clock is set to the current time.

    Thank you! That was the issue I did not have time set to auto update, who would have thought that would have interrupted eq.
