I've always wondered about this. Why does the tash totem sometimes not work on mobs near it, while other times it does? I'm not talking about someone having dispelled the effect on the mob, I mean it didn't land at all. Is there some trick to making it work consistently?
When ever this issue has happened recasting the totem works. I have seen it be blocked by zone geometry and moving the mob slightly fixes. Also have seen it not work occasionally on raids. I THINK this more on a conflict with the invisible raid controller npc since usually it appears on tracking when this happens
