FIX MALO ......... THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

    OK, if I have to wait until a mob is 20 percent because my malo keeps getting resisted in order to cast on a light blue mob, there is a PROBLEM. FIX IT!

    The only thing the "FIX" of the malo AA did was add to my aggravation level. It "FIXED" nothing.....
