You are either "Roleplaying" or talking like a little child. Neither is appropriate when attempting to fix an issue outside the game.
Distillates weren't added to servers until around DoN launch. It is extremely dumb for a server where the worst AEs do at a maximum 3k DD and everyone can buy and use a 30s duration 600/tick HoT potion every 2 minutes. They trivialize raid content almost as much as inflated TLP DPS does. They rightfully removed them from the server and you shouldn't expect them to ever return on Agnarr. They have no place on that server. It's PoP locked and will never see DoN.

That's what the patch notes said. However the developer said he was looking into when they were introduced into the game further, perhaps he did that and didn't update the patch note. We can all hope that's what happened.

Ogre suggest try new recipe. Take little gnome (any kind, dey all yum), turn upside down and squeeze gentle until mug half full (Ogre half full guy, hah hah!). Find dark elf wigglefinger and twist off arm. Blend until smooth, fill mug. Add a pinch of Froglok to taste. Ogre monk not need mana, but taste real good, must be good for someting. Ogre call it "Pipsqueak In Da Swamp".
