Bugged claim window new bag

    Just bought the new bag, hit refresh and tried to claim the new bag. It will not let me claim it and the window is froze up now for claim....

    We're working on a fix for this now and the CS team is working on getting all the tickets sorted out. It's currently a high priority for us, so you all should be getting things worked out soon!

    how about you answer peoples question in the new HA scaling garbage you screwed a lot of people that play solo and there mad.You ignore your customers and dont answer any questions or reply to tickets for weeks.The heroic adventures were jut fine the way they were and the added toughness for fell foliage mission WHAT A JOKE. Im raid buffed sk 250k hp 33000 aa play with well geared friends and we are all veterans we out together the perfect grps cant even touch it and we are expert players.Really like to know who tested this.
