I realize that this is only available to silver/ftp (which I am). I have purchased this in the past on other characters but not this character. I was gold for 1 month on this character and memorized rk2 spells and when I cast them now it is rk 1 only. Other people in General Chat are saying it is not available on their silver accounts either. Did this get ninja changed or is this a bug?
These two items have been gone since Oct 2016. Stealth removal similar to the bag ladys in the bazaar and Cresent Reach who were removed.
