Recently I came back to the EQ world and learned about the Anniversary events and took the Heroic character offer, so now I have one Heroic in my Silver non All Access account. If I become an All Access will I have one more Heroic Character included in the upgrade? Or do I have to purchase this second Heroic separately?
You will need to buy a second Heroic. There was a Heroic promotion running March 16th-March 31st, where all previous accounts received one heroic for free if they logged in during that time. Didn't matter Bronze/Silver/All-access all got it as long as account was created before March 14th, 2017. Also during March 16th -31st, if you made a new account and made it All-Access you received a Heroic. That promotion is over, so you will have to buy a Heroic normally. So if you are All-Access it will be 3150DBC I think and 3500DBC if you are Bronze/Silver.
