I've got Aspect, but the clickables let me free up that spell slot so that's part of the essential of the clickable to me. Clockwork Automaton looks like a high level craft for gnomes. I think my best bet here is waiting to score some of the Holgresh Elder Beads in the Shadowhaven casino while waiting to score the Glowing Black Drum. But even that's going to be a while. Thanks for the offer; I'm a loner on Vox who haunts the old zones, for the most part. I'm not too concerned with the casting time on the wand, if I'm shrinking my PC I'm not usually in a hurry, so time is not a factor. I suppose instead of "Wand of Imperceptibility" I'd just say "Shrink item" as an essential and the boots on that list seem pretty good for that category.
I use this for ideas sometimes "All the good quests" - http://www.paullynch.org/eqguide/guides/quests/
From Secalna Galor in PoK Housing - gets you a small house for free. The Bazaar:Tricks of the Trade - gets you a 10 slot giant 50% wr bag and a traders satchel. Using the Marketplace - Gets you an XP (10% 4 hours) potion for free. All three of those only take a few minutes of running around so well worth it for a newbie. At 25ish I recommend doing Gnollish Tools from Smithy Bronson in Crescent Rreach. For a few gnoll kills in Blightfire you get a 10 slot giant 75% wr bag.
If they're an SK, shm, bst, nec, mnk or war, the Cabilis based iksar quest series are awesome in that 1.0/nostalgia category. None has an essential click or anything, but good times regardless.
The version of Aspect I was referring to is an AA, no spell slots needed. Also, I'm sure someone can make you a Clockwork Automaton.
Hey thanks for the offer. Unfortunately, my dinosaur of a laptop won't allow me to group or be anywhere near other players. I have to run with graphics at lowest, all options set to low, or, off, and in a relatively player free zone or I lag like you wouldn't believe. Also I've put way too much into my PC that would take forever to redo. But again I appreciate the offer.
HAPPY LOVE BRACERS. These are absolutely mandatory for any character in the game. You must have one of them or else terrible things will happen to you. http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=772
I think they should give a new rank of the identify-AA that makes it a passive skill, always making the lore tab accessible.
A must have item is available now during the anniversary quests. Drunkard's Stein... a very quick clicky port to the PoK bar. Useable every 30 minutes I think. A shrink clicky is a must, especially for large characters. The one I have is a random rare drop from the giant robot (Mechamatic Guardian) in Dragonscale Hills. You need to have a group of at least 3 players in order to zone in (even with the solo tasks). The shrink effect is insta-cast, and is cast upon your current target. I've never tried to shrink someone else though. useable by all. The OP mentioned epics... get the 2.0 for sure for clickies (for most if not all classes). The 1.0 is mostly for fun now, but is necessary if you want to get the illusion aug of it.
Or during anniversary stuff if you can get task added to or do it yourself then this is another shrink clicky option that I am still wearing! http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=5698
Yeah, now it's anniversary, there's some essential stuff to get (well, they're all great), the pork to pok Stein is simple if you only want that item. (still, with a jade/puppet strings/chanter shroud, I always get OT hammer on classes that can use).
