I am playing on the Phinigel server but having a very hard time finding Verona Rankin which is a starting quest for rogues in freeport area. Han anyone completed this quest recently and found her? I have searched the internet with very little luck and used the in game find features.
As far as i know it isnt in the game on progression servers yet. It was part of the newbie quests added in either luclin or PoP. The drops still drop, but the quests npcs are removed until the appropriate expansion unlocks
ahh well that answers that . I was thinking since it gave me the quest it was in the game, but what you said makes sense. Thanks!
