sorry to start a new thread, but are all the bans lifted now or just need to carry on waiting? I got hit with a steam heroic character code and 3 of my accounts are now unbanned and 6 are still banned? Thanks If they should be free by now I will try and contact customer services after work.
I had 2 accounts banned. One of them is still banned. The bans should be lifted by now so I'm not sure what the issue is. I've got a support ticket in on this but no response. I'm guessing DBG support is not working today due to the holiday so I'm hoping I get a response tomorrow.
