would it be possible to regain access to an account that was last used about 13 years ago. without the old email address that was used for the account
The short answer is yes, but you need to be able to verify that you were the last one the pay for the account. I didn't have access to my old email and had forgotten my account id. Daybreak was able to look up the account based on my character names, and from there I provided the billing address that was last used on the account (back in 2004). The customer service reps did a great job getting me back on my old account.
