There's a vendor in health titled group armor - planes or something to that effect. Does anyone know how to get armor to appear on his list?
By killing mobs in Plane of Fear: Revisited and Plane of Hate: Revisited you gain faction that enables items to appear for you to buy. The faction is called "Enemies of Tranquility" and the worse it is, the more items appear.
Just an FYI - it's not worth going to Hate/Fear just for faction to unlock the stuff. It's almost identical to what the other vendor sells. I suppose if you don't want to do the first missions from Health it's a viable option but honestly, it's junk and a waste of itemization.
And don't even worry about getting the faction to populate the vendors. With nearly no effort, you can get slightly better stuff from doing the merc and partisan tasks in the regular TBM zones. Since you're going to need the currency for the augs anyhow, you'll already be doing those.
