Massive lag

There is massive lag on Luclin, I'm unable to zone out of PoK.

Looks like Luclin server is crashing or has crashed. Seems Luclin is now down

I don't believe it's just Luclin, just got kicked from the game on Bertox too

Bert is down on the server select window.

Luclin was showing as UP but I couldn't even go to the server select screen.

I'm also disconnected and cannot get back into Luclin. About 12:40ish Pacific

Same here. Can't get into Luclin. Tried using 2 separate internet connections to rule out my provider and I can't get past character select.

Luclin is back up even though the server screen said it was up all the time.

Yes it is, lag is still bad.

It's taking upwards to 5 minutes to zone through in some areas on Bristlebane. Guildmates are reporting it taking them upwards to 15 minutes to even log onto the servers.

Can we fix it already please? And while I hopefully have your attention - extend the bonus XP; we've already lost almost a full day to server crashes and lag. I've got a sneaking suspicion this is going to continue on through just this one day.
