Bonus EXP Week --- Not!

Some of us were not around for the last holiday exp weekend on TLP.

Why are we being excluded from the week long double exp event? This injustice will not stand!

If we got double xp for a week then people would all be like omg double xp on the prog servers? Way to help out the bot armies Daybreak.

I'm shocked they even gave us the last weekend of double XP on Fippy/Vulak they never gave a double xp weekend to them this early after launch

almar we had double exp on fippy almost everytime it happened, also had raf experience, and hot zones bonus from kunarks release in bw and lavastorm if I recall .

I see it like this if theyhave pots and already did a bonus and there is already more then a handful of level 60 then why not just let it go .

RAF I am unsure of, hotzone bonus xp I do possibly recall in burning woods, double XP was not present on fippy though for awhile. I'll start googling for old articles but that was the old website, I don't think I will find announcements from 5-6 years ago.

Few that I have found, first two so far were unavailable on fippy.

The first one granted happened like the week Fippy released. Second happened in March so 3 months after launch. It was at least 5 months into our servers when we got our double xp weekend (probably longer im too lazy to math over 5 atm)

Not even the announcement for double xp weekend on ZAM. Aside from labor day they usually hold them for.... christmas so i guess ill google for X-mas double xp on fippy and see if they had it yet. That's almost a fully year.

It doesn't say fippy is excluded (which is how they've done every set of prog servers to say they weren't getting the double XP) so lets assume fippy got the double xp and double spawns since it doesn't say it is excluded for that either.

That would be the first official double xp weekend fippy got, as for double xp week.....


Well this is going to take some more googling and research to figure out when these weeks usually occur.

we might not have been double but I do remember exp bonus weekends and stuff post 60 below 60 is kinda blurry with the whole hacking thing ... dark times for sure ...

I do recall that hack, it was in December right? I think it started in nov and we regained access to everything early December. I can google to see if we got double xp because of the hack... I do think we did but I don't know the dates to confirm. I'll need some time - that is if I don't get lazy

really no reason to exclude progression servers at this point. both servers are on the wait for the vote for next expansion, its not going to break anything at this point.

You are missing the point...

The double exp and other stuff for the next month or so is like pre-launch for new expansion - catch up with levels, waste less time on faction etc etc... but also marketing, get back to game, etc.

They want people playing the game on live servers, especially those who are bored on Lockjaw atm with nothing to do for 3 months.

Almost no one on Lockjaw/Ragefire who only plays on Lockjaw/Ragefire is really going to buy the new expansion.

The new expansion has some relatively level-agnostic content with their scaling, with x2 exp it takes almost no time to get to lv75ish to then do new expansion content.

considering these are the only pay to play servers and we're being excluded is an atrocity.

Too many double xp babies

For every one real person leveling there probably is 3-5x as many bots being made.

Hey just be happy we got those cheap heroic characters!.... oh wait...

Here is a better idea for TLPs maybe

When the voting starts for an unlock, the server switches to x2 exp until such time as a vote wins

That is a way to bring as many people up to speed for an unlock.

A pre-launch for every expansion
