   I completed this yesterday the thing i was doing wrong was not targeting the mob corpses i was facing the stacked books. Sorry for the false bug report, nothing in the write up i was following said to target the mob corpses they said to set fire to the book stacks. And thanks Mayfaire those settings allowed me to see the flames fine.
