Can't port back to East Karana on either of my 2 characters who bound there 2 days ago. Restart didn't help. Zoning on foot one zone over than attempting to port hasn't worked.
Indeed a bug, one which will be fixed this coning patch. Until then, you can camp out, wait 20 mins and select return home on the character select screen
