May as well auto-kick people that didn't move or do anything at all for 10mins or so.... thats plenty of time for a bio break at least.
10 minutes really isn't enough. If we're going to talk about auto-kicking, a half hour should be the minimum.
Please, no half-measures. A second server is what is needed. Making people wait in a queue is not solving anything.
How will a queue not solve anything? At least you can see where u are in the line instead of just spamming play over and over again hoping you get in. If they are not going to raise the server pop cap they need to institute a queue.
Here is another solution until they make a proper queue: Create a login macro that clicks for you over and over until you get in. Easy enough to do. If you dont have a programmable keyboard then windows mouse and keyboard center has the option in the mouse settings. Mouseclick, pause .5, enterkey, pause .5, repeat.
A new server causes so many more long term problems than it solves short term ones. This will get solved and I'd rather not have another Vulak on our hands. This is to be expected in the first days and even weeks. It'll even out. I hope they apply a few measures like random refreshing of the server that periodically boots everyone or more aggressive AFK booting measures. A new server is so heavy handed and silly at this point.
