    Alternate Blast of Anger or Phantom Aggressor, whichever is off cooldown
    Bash
    Gut Punch
    Knee Strike
    Banestrike if it's up

    I pull 5-8, tank em, and there is no 30 second issue.
    It may sound counter-intuitive but I find it easier to just let me pull 5, than to chain pull a single every few seconds.
