PoWar exp

Has there been any comment on whether or not it was intentional that the exp in PoWar is so bad?

I can't imagine why it is the way it is.

Any thoughts?

It has been stated it is meant to be bad. What you're getting now is actually *increased* from what it was initially.

You're meant to go to War for hard to attain some-what controlled raid loot.

Not exp.

Devs were transparent on this from the beginning.

Zone is a Ghost town

And this is surprising to anyone?

No more of a ghost town than most zones that aren't DH or Tower of Rot
