I still am unable to submit a support ticket because the page has not been fixed yet. while the category menu works the sun menu does not so the system will not allow the ticket to be submitted. This has been broken for sometime now how long are you going to take to fix it.
The support site should currently be working correctly. As the web page is Java based, you may want to ensure that you have the most up to date version installed. You can download it at the following link: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp If that does not resolve the issue please try using a different web browser or system to submit your issue.
