Fixed Internally /disc Ecliptic Rage

    Composite did that at CoV launch as well. Using /disc then the ID should work.

    For ecliptic rage that's /disc 65593

    I have Ecliptic Rage 3. Does that make a difference?

    Shouldn't, the 65593 triggers the 250 level which in your case is Ecliptic Rage 3.
    For some unknown reason some people do not get the 250 level and have to speak to the progression spell vendor to get this fixed.

    Assuming you have Axe of the Mangler in your inventory ?
