For the friends and family version of this expansion, it lists several of the rewards with ** and + at the same time. ** is delivered 72hrs following purchase, and + is delivered at expansion launch. I just wanted to make sure that this meant that both conditions had to be met to get the items as i have this version preordered but can currently only claim the extra expansion ticket as it is just listed as a **. I do not currently have available the tradable heroic character token or the tradable mounts so i am assuming that means they unlock if you have had the preorder for 72hrs AND the expansion has launched.
