I need to correct my previous answer: This NPC *can* be killed. (The answer to Grove's previous question stands, though--it is not expected that NPC should be killed.) Very likely, yes. This one is tricky. With Luclin character models, she does. I *think* with old models, she does not.

Does the NPC have pointy ears? (with Luclin models) Would a player pass through the zone of the NPC on the way to another zone? (Depends on the player's path of travel.) No Does this npc have a dong? Is it expected that the NPC should be killed? Does the npc wear a robe? Is NPC found in a "home city"? Would this lady prefer to eat gnomes as a snack? Can all classes and races use the equipment offered in the related quest? Is NPC blue? Can players catch fish in zone where NPC is located? Is the npc a half-elf?
