New armor set?

I stumbled upon a new armor set at ZAM.
Anyone have any information?

There was originally intended to be a tier 1 to TDS raids. This was the armor from that tier that didnt happen. So all the TDS raid armor is effectively t2 armor which is why you need the armor regent to make it

I thought that set was once non-prestige too.

*shrug* on that note im unsure. i know that was the trend regardless of group or raid gear but i do know that from seeing on Beta the gear in question from the OP was T1 TDS raid that never saw the light of live

I wonder if the DEV's would save time using stuff already created in a future exp and not used yet in the game. Just update the stats and name change. Like this armor set.
