Is not: An NPC, a weapon, player made, Dry Larkspur, a visible slot item, class-restricted, an augment, from a raid, visible when equipped, an earring, from RoF (including Shadow and Heart of Fear), a car, something with a clicky. Sometimes: Found in a chest.
