Im sure it drops from the last boss from any alert or raid. Does it also drop from challenges?

Also, can you guys list where you got it from this year and last year?

If memory serves, aren't you able to purchase the Celtic pieces from the Seasonal Vendors?

It drops in challenges, and regular leveling instances. I still have 6 from last year, and got one today.

I got it from the Penguin Solo this evening.

Is the head also a drop? I did every solo tonight, got the Celtic back, Adder back twice but no Celtic head,.

I got one from my home turf box from Arkham.

Only pieces I want from that set are the chest, shoulders and back; any idea on where they drop? Or are they all random?

Completely random. I do know that if you can do the Home Turf missions, it drops from there.

Got it after taking down Grundy during wayward. Was in a missive with a mark of war token.
