I got the regular style feat, and the enhanced pieces that can be purchased/crafted. There are 3 left that you can't buy or craft.....obviously they drop but haven't seen it once. Is it droppable in all content, or just the vault/seasonal alert? The drop rate is nonexistent for me anywhere if so across all my toons.
The only one I know of that you can't craft is the goggles, and they drop in the Vault. I've only had it drop twice, across 10 toons, so it's not that common. (although, TBF, I haven't been running all 10 every day -- some days I just don't feel like doing more than 3 or 4)
I must be missing something. I am on 2017, and have all the plans purchased, and everything was crafted. So weird......no plans left to buy. I did get the goggles though.

I got the Enhanced Absolute Zero Glasses..... This year. It took alll this time since 2017 to get the glasses. So.... the drop rate is pretty low.... it can take a looonng while to get some of them items. Got it in this video;
