I just know where everything is at the WT so it’s easiest to just drop in their and look, I also like going their for old style and catalysts since the vendors are standing outside of their portals and saves me from having to port to each individual map.

I can't speak for that one, but I know the missing torso from the Stylish Streetwear Jacket is visible to other players. I had a couple of players ask me about it specifically, plus when I'm waiting for an instance to pop in HoL, I can actually see some people doing a double-take. They'll be speeding past, to get to the Orrery terminal, then suddenly stop and come back to get a closer look.
