Yep. When I'm playing as a villain, every time I hear "Titanic Trenton is here to save the day!" I go looking for him.

But then, when I'm a hero, I can't help going after Captain Kruel, just so I can hear him say "No one can beat the unstoppable Captain Kruel," after I've knocked him on his butt and handcuffed him.

Gorilla Grodd has to be a contender. He's a Boss, Sub-Boss and a Bounty - but even if you're just counting Boss fights, he's got to be in the top two with Brainiac? Sinestro pops up a lot as a Boss and Sub-Boss too - more than any of the individual Green Lanterns?

I have to vote for Braniac also. I think we have had more encounters with him than we have any other villain. Next runner up would be the Batman who Laughs with the almost never ending Metal series.
